QCSuper Command
qcsuper --helpDetailed Technical Overview
QCSuper is a tool for capturing and parsing cellular protocol frames from Qualcomm-based smartphones. It speaks the proprietary Qualcomm DIAG protocol over USB to capture raw OTA network signaling packets (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) into PCAP files.
Configuration & Usage Guide
To initialize and configure QCSuper for telecom security audits, follow these steps:
- 1Connect a Qualcomm device via USB and enable USB debugging and DIAG port mode.
- 2Check the DIAG serial port name (e.g. /dev/ttyUSB0).
- 3Capture packets to a PCAP file: qcsuper --adb --wireshark-live --info-raw-data

Frequently Asked Questions
What protocols can QCSuper capture?
It captures GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NAS protocol layers, including RRC messages.
Can I pipe QCSuper captures into Wireshark live?
Yes, the --wireshark-live parameter automatically spawns Wireshark and streams the packets in real time.
